Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to professional services provided by WATERMILL MEDIA LIMITED.

Project Deposits

Deposits secure capacity and are non-refundable once project kickoff has started.

Service Cancellations

You may cancel a service engagement with at least 10 business days’ notice. Fees for work already completed are payable.

Prepaid Services

If prepaid hours remain unused, we may issue a prorated refund upon request, subject to any third-party processing fees.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email office@watermillmedia.agency with the subject “Refund”.
  2. Provide company name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
  3. We will confirm receipt and next steps within 5 business days.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
